Our band leaders are at the heart of everything we do.

You'll lead exciting weekly band sessions in primary schools, helping children learn, perform and grow in confidence as part of a team. No two days are the same, but every day brings the opportunity to inspire young people and help them achieve something they're proud of.

MORE THAN A MUSIC JOB
For co-founder James, music provided confidence and belonging when mainstream education wasn't always the right fit. After more than 10 years as a peripatetic music teacher, he saw first-hand how music can transform a child's experience of school.

That's why we started this business.

Every lesson, every rehearsal and every performance is an opportunity to help a child discover what they're capable of achieving.
